this is a first try of basmati rice 

at the same time 

to compare the two renowned fragrant rice varieties 

ie. jasmine rice n basmati rice 

btw hv a unknown variety long grain rice to compare with

summary of these 3 rice... 

jasmine rice is juz the taste of rice I used to hv

n juz a taste of childhood 

jasmine got a sweet flavour n more soft sticky 

...

basmati rice surely is a fragrant rice 

n got an interesting unique flavour 

n which I cannot describe well

(maybe like spice n herb flavoured?)

basmati also got very slim long grain after cooked

n in a dry fluffy texture 

n these both looks elegant for cooked rice

... 

unknown long grain rice 

juz no special flavour 

n only bland n a bit cardboard like

though this trial cooked no well 

feel like quite a dry separated non-sticky rice

however.. no gd flavour anyways 

... 

for unknown long grain rice 

would be fine if to taste test once more

n yet juz not in a high hope

for jasmine n basmati 

definitely gd enough to encore!
