20190930 portobello mushroom feast (portabella / portobella) (wif truffle sauce) @20190930 am got 10 packs but only done 5 packs that's abt 1.2kg... truffle sauce done abt 100g from 2 jars... ... feel no good a bit vomiting n bloating... maybe mushroom allergy?? maybe the truffle sauce?? no hv mushroom anymore... avoid it recurring... or at least til the truth is revealed...

durian @2019 Sept 24-25 #1 @2019 sept24 the whole shell a bit split open at the bottom... round body fairly easy to open... #2 @2019 Sept 25 this whole durian a bit green a bit underripe real hard to open by cutting hurting the flesh flesh ok soft already but no fat n chubby flesh... uneven distribute

mango, china Katie (2 batches) @20190917 notes.. green.. a bit underripe... soft enough but somehow orangey tasting... sprouted seed found n so probably picked too early... hard to be ripen perfectly... @20190918 notes.. gorgeous rainbow colour skin... each was more ripe than the other batch... all are wif golden yellow flesh throughout... however the first piece(left most seed) got some bug-hole-like flesh near the seed... some bruised soft pieces r sour... likely not ripe some are early picked such that seed sprouted... all these are not visible on the outside... *hard to know a way to choose the perfect ones...

durian @20190907 *first durian after discharged soooooo long never hv a taste of it... miss that creamy texture very much was afraid the season is out lucky still available til September juz be the first thing to hv after discharge ... no idea n detailed plan... n somehow forgot the experience months ago... juz choose two by sense... one was not fully ripe another one was ok ripe... no experiment conclusion can be made...
