young coconut 椰皇 @20200306 (26 pics) prep 6 young coconuts whole notice some are damp n likely unfresh some are drier n looks like in better condition left is dry while the two on right are damp decided to try damp ones first ... 1st three eyes are slimy damp n three eyes are somehow symmetrical the soft eyes are even blackened it's very soft the hole can be opened wif a poke the water is fragrant sweet not as the bottled ones flesh is thick enough wif good bites n creamy 2nd a hole that's near the top tip not an easy opened big hole water inside less sweet taste like fermented sour thinking maybe no fresh ? flesh same white n creamy btw proved that no so fresh as seen inside got mouldy spots on shell pic 12 (wtsapp)  meat 3rd again one wif the soft hole towards the tip small hole n this one even cant drip a hole to pour out water gotta crack the bottom first n then the wat...

young coconut opening trial @20200303 planning to hv some fresh coconut meat so today try opening a coconut 椰皇 first poke open the soft hole on the pointy side n pour away all the water so as not to be messy when chopping try cracking it open on the round side aiming at one point n chop chop chop then got one crack wanna pry open with that one crack but no success gotta make one more crack n still only half opened finally crack open three holes then successfully open up a circle overall not so easy did at least several hundred chop b4 success n need three openings to pry open not as easy as online vids yet not so hard spent only 15~20mins n wif only my not so strong strength given some more patience to chop chop after cracking three holes eventually can pry it open however juz wasted some flesh ... conclusion is worth taking a try will be getting more of them later looking forward 4 some beautiful fl...
