no original fruit label
n juz labeled on price tag
...
some were sold as 水仙芒
while some were sold as 金煌芒
all these mangoes same outlook
n which is large size, elongated
try them both to see if any difference
...
frankly
according to experience
judging by the size n shape
they should be both of 金煌 variety
maybe the 水仙 is mislabeled?
...
as a summary
both 金煌 & 水仙 tagged
taste n texture very alike
n for the ripe pieces.. juz sweet n smooth flesh
but only 水仙 looks poor ripen
n wif a green n rotting skin
n btw some unripe sour
likely.. juz same variety but of different batches
btw.. ripeness n storage method affected as well
