chestnut, organic, 759 store (encore)

this is a second try of this chestnut in shell...
got the first experience written in the last post...

strange that batch no. is different... 

15 pics for the first pouch... 

two compartment piece... with two distinct flesh colour lol... 

a piece got some mysterious black substance in the centre... starting up from nowhere... hope that it's not bugs... 

another piece with rot that coming from nowhere... 

bite into revealing the rot affected quite much of the flesh...  

a piece with one third of flesh rotten n it's hard to notice from the outside... 

again some rustic rot coming in the middle of nowhere... 

two-compartment piece... n looks rot-free... 

the flesh from the two rooms eaten... with some flesh stuck on the skin... 

four large pieces on the top row vs four small pieces on the second row... 

large n small put together on spoon for size comparison... 

a large piece with rot signs on the surface... n it looks quite old... 

another large piece... can come out easily without sticking... this one with a smoother surface... 

one more large piece with two compartments... 

this large piece wif two compartments got two pieces of flesh easily come out without sticking... 

three pieces with lighter colour flesh that are less burnt... saved for the last... btw the dark n over-roasted one below is for colour comparison...

overall chestnuts in shell  by 759 store are good...
juz as the one I showed in the last post...
they got that starchy n optimal chew...
juz that some are roasted too hard that maybe tasting bitter...
