rinse rice for long

after that much time soaking

only fully boil for abt 10mins 

water white milky 

rice kernels quite broken up

finish up the half bag of brown rice

(which is actually more than the used half )

(too much n so juz left some unused)

same rinse n sort out carefully 

during which spot out many blacken n reddish 

n btw juz dunno if the dark brown ones are actually red rice? 

same rinse n soak for long 

n thus bring to full boil cook no long 

this time only set abt 9mins 

water same milky white 

rice kernels a little bit more intact

same found some black rotten cooked rice 

vegan pesto w/ good amount of basil

maybe as this time rice a bit more intact 

easier to find rotten kernels 

also 

got one baby size immature kernel
