banana (non cavendish)

bananas are one of my fav fruit...
Cavendish bananas might be the most common variety in the market...
but since I've tried some other less popular ones, I know I will never go back...
let's meet these amazing bananas if u have never eaten bananas other than those Cavendish ones!

here are some varieties I've tried in hong kong...

milk bananas
called 牛奶蕉 in chinese, they are sweet n taste a bit milky... the skin is dull and looks powdery, not shiny as Cavendish bananas...

these are some bananas that are totally ripe... with no green colour from stem to the tip... all yellow throughout...
